  1. This looks like a great workout. I’m not much of an exercise fan, but it looks easy to enough to turn into a regular habit.

  2. is it okay if i do the workout ur doing at 8:42 on the floor without the mat? or is it essential? is that a yoga mat?

  4. Do this workout every other day for best results. Give your muscles time to develop.

  5. Dancing is good but it’s only a form of cardio. Mix cardio with resistance training. Do the workout in the video, keeping the diet, and dancing will work.

  6. Share your weight loss plans and decisions with as many groups of people as you can. Starting a blog about it is a great option. You will have a better chance at succeeding if you work hard not to disappoint your readers.

  7. Hey i wanna sk you something, would you advise this workout everyday or like 2 days 1 break and then 2 days 1 break etc etc? cause i also do running with it and i run 1-2 hours at the same ritme, and i also do my abbs workout everyday?

  9. You may not be able to do full push up today or tomorrow. Keep pushing. Every time you do this workout, you’ll get better.

  10. I am also (really tall) will that affect my ability to reach a full push up. (I was told this during, a police physical tryout. officer had me do them from my knees)

I eat as much vegetables and fruits as I can , chicken , fish , eggs (prepared without fats) but I also eat sometimes in the morning corn flakes with milk ,other times cheese is included but not a big quantity . And I try to keep all the fat foods (except fried and/or fat food etc that I don’t consume) before 4-6 o’clock. A piece of advice ?

  18. Rookie mistake. The muscle you build will burn the fat you have.

  19. You can get a great workout without using any equipment at all. If you do want to use equipment I would recommend dumbbells first over a gimmicky ab machine.

  20. Awesome fred, thanks. You can add weights to the end of the workout no problem. Make sure you get your protein shake in immediately following the entire workout.

  22. Although this is a very good video,there are many inexpensive home equipments. Ab flex is a good one. A good diet is a must. Many people need a booster.

  23. Would this help me slim my body down? I somewhat have a stomach but don’t want to do any workouts that’ll build muscle towards my fat:o
