  2. thanks for the inspirational video! i’ve been trying to lose weight for years because i have a few factors working against my weight loss, and i kinda gave up recently because nothing i did worked. but now i’m inspired to try again because of this. :)

  3. everybody’s bodies look different. you could be the same height and the same weight, and your bodies still wouldn’t look the same. there are body types, frame sizes, etc. and people gain weight in different areas. so yes, she could be a size 24. i’m a size 12, when my friends who weigh the same as me wear bigger sizes. so.

  4. Yup! I was a size 24. I carried most of my weight around my middle, so my pant size was 24. I didn’t wear tight clothing, so I never purchased pants that were tight and squeezed my middle, so a 24 is what fit comfortably. :-)

  5. Sorry but at 190 you are not a 24. I am 5″2 weigh a lot more and wear a size 22. You would be closer to a Size 16 or 18. Sorry but I have been over weight the last 15 years and know sizes and weight. Congrats on your weight loss not criticizing but I know that size is not correct

  7. Good luck!! I know you can do it! Just keep believing in yourself and never give up. If I can do it, anyone can. I forgot to mention in the video that after I lost the first 15 pounds, I stopped and didn’t lose anymore weight until a few months later. So I fell off the horse for a little while, but that’s okay, because I got back on, even if it took a few months. So keep trying, no matter how many times you fall, if you keep getting back up, you WILL succeed. <3

  13. Wow. You are awesome! I’m 24 years old, 5ft 7 in tall and 176lbs.Eeek! Trying to get down to like 145 lbs. while watching this video it was perfectly put.Plain,simple, and to the point.

  14. Hi! If you can’t get to the gym, a simple, yet very effective workout for your legs would be just walking up & down the stairs until your legs are so tired, they can’t anymore. Lunges are a great workout for the thighs also. As for Pepsi Max, is that a type of diet soda? I would stay away from all soda, even diet sodas. Diet sodas are filled with very unhealthy ingrediants, but it’s a good way to slowly wean your way off soda altogether. hope this helps!

  20. wow you look great what a transformation, thanks for sharing your weight loss story ive pretty much been on a similar diet i was about 215lb but im 6’1 and now im down to about 195 and tell you what like you said, fruit veg and water is the key all the way. Again great video and thanks for postingz!

  21. lots of soda, fries, potatoe chips, pizza, cheeseburgers, hotdogs, anything fried, cake, cookies, bacon, etc, etc–all really bad foods. I never ate healthy veggies or fruits. It was just fast food, and take out, and unhealthy food every day–so it was a very dramatic change for me when I gave all that up for healthier alternatives
