  3. you guys got to do a vid of the techniques you used to jump rope. I’m not exactly fit, but I went out and did the workout and I felt that I just bout wasted an hour. I broke a good sweat but it was easy. I’d like to see the workout done.

  5. jump rope with proper technique and then skipping rope is not hard on your knees.

  6. if you have knee problems, i would try biking, while you get alot of movement in your knees from biking it helps to strengthen the small muscles that surround your knee, i know because ive had knee problems in the past, if biking does irritate your knees i would say your next best bet might be boxing or rowing, just my suggestion though, do whatever the fuck you wanna do!

  7. dont listen to ricky, dont go for slow paced distance thats just dumb, go high intensity on anything that you like the most, my prefence is kickboxing on a punching bag, jump rope would be great too, i would highly recomend using light weights after your work out, REMEMBER the more reps you do the leaner you get, never do an exercise that you cant do at least 12 reps of, good luck

  11. Do sprint interval training – 30 seconds as fast as you can, 1 minute rest – do this cycle 20 times post-workout. Also, when you lift weights, avoid long rest intervals, avoid isolation exercises, focus on big movements like squats, deadlifts, cleans, rows, and presses.

  12. Run distance first, then do some weights. That’s what I did, I run distance and I run 30-60 minutes of cardio during the weekdays and lost about 5% fat in two months. I went down from 17-12% fat.

  15. Im currently 17 per cent body fat want to get to 10% should i just focus strictly on cardio or do u think i should add weights after my cardio session….any replys will help thanks
