The Senate, comprised of 59 members, is located in the north wing of the third floor, opposite the House Chamber, is the Senate Chamber. From this gallery, Democrats sit to the left of the center aisle, and Republican’s are seated to the right.

This is where President-elect Barack Obama served as an Illinois State Senator for eight years, until his election to the U.S. Senate in 2004. It is also where the impeachment trial of Governor Rod Blagojevich begins on January 26, 2009.

You are invited to stay and browse through my stream. Here’s a quick index to my little corner of Flickr:

Automobile Photographs
: This is a very large collection of images whose primary, but not exclusive, focus is on American automotive classics. Images are organized by decade, by manufacturer, and by topics (such as convertibles, station wagons, muscle cars, etc.)

Central Illinois (except Springfield)
: Central Illinois (except Springfield): Photos relating to the middle section of the "Land of Lincoln" (except for the Capital City of Springfield) may be found in this collection. Every city and town I’ve photographed is contained within its own set, and rural (as in "countryside") photographs are grouped by county.

Springfield, Illinois
: All of my photographs of Springfield and the Abraham Lincoln Sites are in this collection. For the City of Springfield, there are separate sets for the Capitol Complex, Downtown (including the Old State Capitol), Neighborhoods, Parks, Illinois State Fairgrounds and more. Photographs of Lincoln sites include the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum, Lincoln Home National Historic Site, Lincoln Tomb, and so on. Also in the Lincoln "All About Abe" (Set) are a few Lincoln sites not located in Springfield.

The Illinois State Fair
: My collection of photographs of the Illinois State Fair. The fair offers something for everyone. Grab a corn dog and lemon shake-up, and come take a look!

Beyond Central Illinois
: Other locales in the United States and Canada including New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Seattle.

In addition to my location-based sets, here are links to some "topical" collections and sets I’ve put together:

Barbers & Barber Shops
: Traditional barbers and barber shops are on the endangered species list. But there are still plenty to be found if you go looking for them.

Almost Everything Else. Check It Out!!!
: Included topics range from man’s first walk on the moon to small town schools and churches, and from Soft-Coated Wheaten Terriers (our favorite breed) to things that are abandoned, neglected, weathered, or rusty.

Are you feeling worn out all day long? Is it difficult for you to complete tasks your peers seem to have no problems with? Are you having a hard time with your bulge? If you answer yes to these questions, to solve the problem you should incorporate an exercise routine. Continue to read this article to learn how to begin your new exercise program.

Take Creatine as part of your supplement plan. This aids muscle development because it enables you to push yourself harder during your workouts. If you’re consuming any kind of supplement, you should ensure you are being careful. Stick strictly to the recommended dosages, and comply with all of the manufacturer’s directions.

Beginning your workout with warm-up exercises is crucial. This way you will get your blood moving and prepare your muscles for a more intense workout. This simple step can greatly reduce the risk of incurring any type of injury to your muscles that can make you put your workout sessions on hold for an extended period of time, so you can recuperate.

Try to get in as many reps and sets as you can during each muscle building session. Do fifteen lifts before taking a one minute break. This technique will produce lactic acid, which helps to stimulate muscle growth. The more times you can complete this process during your workout, the more muscle growth you can expect.

Eating just two or three meals a day probably won’t provide sufficient nutrients for building muscle. Six to eight meals a day are ideal, all of which should be rich in carbs, protein and healthy fats. Your muscles will recuperate and rebuild themselves faster and your metabolism will speed up with this sort of eating schedule.

Make sure you are eating enough carbs to support your muscle-building program. Carbs provide you with energy that lasts through your entire workout. If you are limiting carbs, you run a risk of your body breaking down protein in order to get energy. Eating enough carbs can help with your workout.

If you are trying to build muscle, monitor what you eat and how much of it you eat. You may have heard many times how important is to remain hydrated when you are working on your health. Muscles are made up of 70% water, so it is extra important to make sure you are getting enough. Also avoid too much alcohol, which is known to break down muscle tissue in excess volumes.

Balance is required to build muscle. Failure to work to develop your muscles will leave them weak and small, but you do not want to overdo your training either. For example, overworking your body can cause stretchmarks or permanent injury to your muscles and joints.

A good muscle building program should prioritize strength above all else. The result is that you’ll be able to increase the amount of weight you lift. When you just begin, you should be able to lift about 5% more every few workouts. If you’re not meeting goals, rethink your routine. It is possible that you are not fully recovering between workouts if you seem weaker than you did in a previous workout session.

Training muscle groups which oppose each other, such as your chest and back, is a great idea. Alternating like this will allow the tired muscle groups to rest while you work on the other groups. This will help you increase the intensity of your workout since your time in the gym will be limited.

Bodybuilding can improve your life in many different ways. It gives you energy, helps you get more done at work, and keeps you from getting fat. You really can improve your life in a drastic way, so put these tips to work and get going today.
